I know how you feel. I just gave birth to my 3rd child in under three years. MFP is a great tool. Some days you might mess up or completely forget to log, but keep going. Every day is a clean slate.

I started yesterday too! They say the hardest part is getting started. I didn't exactly do great yesterday. DH brought home a big jalapeño cheeseburger and it didn't even occur to me to pass on it until I went to log it in later, and when my mom made tacos, I had three!

Hi! I just had baby #5 one month ago. I'm ready to get back on track too. Today was day one for me. Went over my calorie goals but did manage to do squats or push ups every time I put my 2 year old on the potty :)

I know exactly how you feel! The only time I have to myself is when I go to the bathroom, so I actually started doing body weight exercises everytime I go. I started drinking more water to force myself to go more, so I can do squats or pushups or lunges. Ridiculous!!! But that is what it has come down to.
