Hello all! :) I'm a mom of 5 awesome kids looking to get back in shape. Ready for the hard road ahead! :)

    Hi there! I'll pound the pavement with you. How much do you want to lose? I just started back on track again... my pitfall is carbs & sugar. I'm on my 4th day...sticking with it!!! What's your goal?

    I would love to lose 40lbs but I'm focusing on 10 for now. This is day 7 and I've already gone over my allotted 1550 calories. :/ I'm hoping I'll do better tomorrow.
    Carbs and sugar are definitely hard for me as well. I don't have a very healthy palate.

    Limit carbs to around 100 and sugars to as low as you can and you will lose weight by the fistfuls. I'm down 24 pounds of fat and 43 to 35 inch waist in the last year. I added 5 pounds of muscle.

    Mypal helps in that you can see where you can cut out a little at a time.

    Hi! I just had baby #5 one month ago. I'm ready to get back on track too. Today was day one for me. Went over my calorie goals but did manage to do squats or push ups every time I put my 2 year old on the potty :)
