    I know how you feel. I just gave birth to my 3rd child in under three years. MFP is a great tool. Some days you might mess up or completely forget to log, but keep going. Every day is a clean slate.

    Congrats on the new baby! Try not to be to down about your body, remember that you made a human with it. That's a lot of work so be proud of what you accomplished. Are you breastfeeding? If so don't forget to add on 300 calories to your goal and stay hydrated.

    this is a great tool. I too had my 3rd(last yr now) but at nearly 40 yrs old. didn't come off nearly as easy as the other 2! This tool serves a reminder and amotivator to keep me on track to lose the last lingering 10 lbs:) good luck!

    Take it one day at a time!! Remember, pregnancy and hormones changed your body. It might take up to a year before your rib cage and your hips go back to their normal width. Don't focus only on weightloss. Take your measurements, get your body fat percentage calculated too.
    And if you're nursing, be carefull not to lose weight too fast, since it could be harmfull to the baby.
