There are lots of books on gluten intolerance. There are also cookbooks on how to cook gluten free.

I eat lots of fish and turkey burgers. Those are some of our favs in our house.

We do eat a lot of fruit. I will have to get stuff for tacos. Haven't had them in a while and they sound really good.

I use to show in 4-h and I have done some camping with the horses mostly when I was younger. I have always gone to Ionia to the State park because its close to home. I have heard good things about Yankee Springs also. Now I just ride for fun at my parents house because that's where my horse is.

I have an American Quarter Horse and my son rides my sister's quarter pony. I think that if I expect my horse to be in shape then I need to be too. I have lost 40 pounds using in home workout programs and I am still working hard to reach my fitness goals. I ent a friend request to each of you. Happy riding!

Babies do take a toll on their mommies bodies. I know my son did. I have worked hard and have lost 40 pounds but I am still on my journey. You can do it too! You can add me as a friend.

I have lost a total of 40 pounds since I started my journey and I have done it all at home. I started eating healthier and working out between 5-6 days a week using in home workout programs. Feel free to add me!

When my son was that little I got up before he did in the morning to get my workout done. I would also try to keep him occupied in his room with his favorite toys or coloring books etc.

I do in home workouts to get in shape. I just recently completed TurboFire and I am now doing Brazil Butt Lift Master series. I will be starting a new program on April 29th. What do you do to stay in the saddle?

There are a lot of good programs for loosing weight. How much weight dobyoubwant to lose? Are you looking for a more cardio based program or strength too?

I love doing programs at home! Right now I am doing TurboFire and I love it! I am almost done with the 90 day program so I am moving on to Brazil utt Lift Master Series next.

I LOVE TurboFire! It is so upbeat and motivating. I started in Jan and I just started week 9.
