I'm in. This will be a great start. I'm restarting my weight loss journey after falling off for the last 5 months and I need to take off the 15lbs I put back on. I am going to be walking and eating clean and drinking lots and lots of water.

I fell off on the last week so Im going to continue challenging myself to make sure I get in at least 1 hr of excercise everyday. I'll just remember to mix it up regularly. Thanks for the boost in this this challenge.

My name is Pam and this is my 2nd try at this challenge. I did up to day 16 on the May Squat Challenge. This time I hope I cant make it all the way. I needed the Crunch Challenge as well so I started with both. I saw results from the Squats before eventhough I didn't finish so Im sure I'll see even more results. Day 1 done…

I stopped May 16th and could get back on track so I've started the June challenge. Im really going to try to make it through.

Im going to start it again. I didn't pick it back up. I am going to start the challenge over, Im not giving up until I complete all 30 days. This time I have a partner to do it with. Starting day is May 23, 2013.

Easier said than done. Zumba is pretty intense! I got in 20 more mins doing Zumba instead of 25 so that makes 55 mins total for today. Thats not bad at all :smile: .

Got in 35 mins so far, will finish out with 25 mins of Zumba tonigt!

Im recovering from something, I don't know what but I too am feeling even better than yesterday and am looking forward to my workout this afternoon. Support just makes me pull up my boot straps and get it done. Yes, thanks to all!

I had some usual derailers to show up in my life and I fell behind even more but this time I wont let things get the best of me. I have missed a lot of sleep and my diet has not been too good and stress creeping in. Im going to use this day as a total rest day and get in some good nutrients so that I can start afresh…

I didn't get day 13 in yesterday as planned, but I didn't allow that to deter me! I got it in tonight all at one time yes day 13 done - 130 squats!!!
