I know that if I eat a protien breakfast my day is much better. It is filling and it helps keep the cravings under control.

I started my weight loss 2 weeks ago and I was using a different site. I found this one and it looked like a better place for me to be. I want to succeed this time. I like that you all communicate with each other and support each other.

I started January 31, 2008 and I have lost 10 pounds. I have a long way to go but with the change of foods that I eat I am sleeping so much better.
