I didn't get the pregnant one but I got this when my best friend was pregnant: "Are you sure you aren't pregnant too Emma? You're piling on the weight at the same rate she is..." Accompanied with a pat to my belly.

Hi and welcome! I've been here 11 days and am loving it (I'm only weighing myself every two weeks - hence the 0 weight loss so far). Everyone is lovely. I find the app is what keeps me going - I'm glued to my iPod so I can't avoid updating my foods now! EDIT: And the cat is darling!

That is just...incredible! I'm only just starting to learn how to run and that amount of distance is just mind boggling! Well done!

I really don't think there's any rules about it - certainly don't go out and buy anything! What you have sounds fine - just make sure it's comfortable. I wear a long sleeved thin top (it's cold here) and a former pair of PJ bottoms that look exactly like jogging bottoms!

I've heard that it takes a ten 10lbs loss to go down a dress size - so you are nearly there. I bet you'll notice a change very soon - it will probably hit you all at once!

Sigh...5'1'' here. 174 lbs. Hate being short - it makes me look even stumpier and fatter than I already am - and I feel like a kid around taller people.

I'll join - I've always been the big one. Looking back I wasn't actually that bad, just unhealthy, but in my teens the puppy fat never went away and it's just got worse. I'm 174lbs now and I'm going to change that!

Lol! I would but I don't live alone - my family would not be impressed at me hiding their scales!
