Me! I don't think eating clean is bad, it just isn't for me right now in this phase of life. I am TOOO busy ! I eat fast food at least twice per week, most times more....it is what it is. My ticker says that I have lost 28 lbs (I think) but I have actually lost 33, and still losing! :) You have to do what works for YOU.

I pretty much eat the same thing for breakfast/lunch/snacks. I alway eat something different for dinner. It works for me, because it is one less thing I have to think about.

It is working for me! Remember you do not eat back exercise calories with this method, and you have to remember to recalculate with every 5 lb loss! :)

Mine is over almost everyday as well. My thought is that if my sugar is coming from fruit then I am not worried about it. My main concern is my calories. Other people, who are more educated on the topic, may have other thoughts. I have only been doing this for one week!
