So what's up with the sugars...

...in the food tracker. For breakfast I ate a container of yogurt, an apple and 15 peanuts and blew my sugar out of the water. 48g of sugar when I'm only suppose to have 36g of sugar. If that's the case, I really don't think 36g of sugar is even possible. Is this even something to worry about?

Mine is over almost everyday as well. My thought is that if my sugar is coming from fruit then I am not worried about it. My main concern is my calories. Other people, who are more educated on the topic, may have other thoughts. I have only been doing this for one week!0

Unless you have a medical issue that would cause you to have to watch sugars I wouldn't worry about it.0
