i am a nurse and i work on my feet all day like urself... i worse my heart rate monitor one day to work (13 hour shift) and i burned 320 cals much to my disoppointment so try not to over estimate!. And that was based on a weight of 90kg and height of 5 foot 7. so if u weight less then less cals burned!

hey def do cardio. maybe start of lightly then push urself a little everytime u go. dont sicken urself with it otherwise u wont go back... maybe a hour at first. 20 mins on treadmill. 10mins on bike. 15mins on crosstrainer some weights and ab work. good luck

cardio... but remember the heavier u r the more u burn. plus i think mfp over estimate calorie burning compared to hrm.

yes been on mfp for over a year and whenever i have been sick i have always gained a few pounds. but dont worry it usually come of as quick as it went on. usually just fluid.

Hi i wrote the same post on here a couple of weeks ago. my sister who lost 80lb 4 years ago went through the same phase and took her well over a year to realise she wasnt fat anymore. the confidence gradually came. i dont feel any differnet 77lbs down, yes it feels easier to buy clothes but i dont feel i look any different…

welcome back 13 months in total... but had several breaks for vaction, parties etc not to forget the weekly chinese takeaway ;o) 30lbs to go but things are getting harder. i might just have to give up that weekly takeaway lol cant wait just to hit the 100lb mark. Snack a jacks 50 cals or a bag for about 90cals, alpen light bars less than 100cals, harley 10cal jelly, nairns choc oat buiscuts40 cals each, the best so far.... So does the fitbit not work well when ur excerising then? do u wear a heart rate monitor or does it not work in this way. will brobably buy online, am scottish so no target here. think the best price i can get it so far is £80....about $130.
