  • Honestly, keeping a food diary and tracking all the calories you eat (while thinking about how many calories you'll have to burn to lose that weight) is what works best for me. Back when I used to do that all the time, I dropped my weight easily. As soon as I stopped, I started packing the weight back on. I just started…
  • I got sick from drinking soda the last time I had it. I was sick enough to miss an exam the next day. I haven't touched the stuff since then. You don't need to cleanse. Just focus on getting enough fiber so that your body gets rid of your waste in a timely manner.
  • That was adorable. I giggled all the way through it.
  • This thread is hilarious. OP, if you aren't trolling, what was your original cup size? I'm a D now and I started out a DD. Yay for me!
  • Guess I should update my goal weight...
  • I say eat the ice cream. You're making me crave some now. But hey, it's ok to have Ice cream every now and then, right?? I ate a big bag of hot cheetos and some sour patch kids this week and I still lost almost 2 pounds this week so you should be fine.
  • I try to remind myself that I weigh-in in the mornings and that I won't know my actual weight if I still have the leftovers from last night's snacking in my system. It's hard a lot of times though because I work nights and I sometimes just want to pig out on junk like Hot Cheetos and M&Ms. I do drink a lot of water though…
  • SW: 200 CW: 182 GW: 178 Weigh in Dates: 8/2 - 8/9 - 8/16 - 8/23 - End of Month (or whatever weigh in days you use)
  • You rock! *round of applause*
  • I'm 5'6 and right now, my goal is around 150 or so. I do know that I have to stay on the heavier side because I have a very high amount of muscle in my lower half genetically. Somehow, I got that and everyone in my family has a very small lower body. Whenever I have abs and a great back (no more rolls!), that's when I'll…
  • I was only vegan for a short while last year, but I actually gained weight doing it because my body doesn't particularly react well to carbs and I was eating brown rice often. I'm sure if I were to do it again I'd lose weight this time. I'm almost vegan except for the fact that I eat eggs now.
  • I don't really eat gluten either. I eat a lot of avocados (at least one a day) and I try to have 4 egg whites with one yolk hardboiled every morning for breakfast. I've cut out all bread and rice and pasta because I'm very prone to gaining weight with carbs. I eat a huge salad every day (it's the size of a big mixing bowl)…
  • Hahahaha...this made my day! I only feel hunger in my stomach. Just the severity of the pain in my stomach increases as time goes on.
  • Awesome! I grew up on healthy foods, so I already like the simple stuff, but I just had to retrain myself to not want the unhealthy stuff. It's a little hard sometimes when I have a craving, but I do often find it hard to reach my calorie goals because I eat a lot of dense veggies now.
  • Wow, interesting read. I understood the OP to be saying that her mindset was what was disgusting. I've met several people like that in my lifetime and I have to say, it actually is disgusting. Sometimes, if I hang out with people like that, it turns me off so completely that I lose my appetite. Now that may have something…
  • I know this is old but the same thing happened to me. My waistline went up by 2 inches since I started back working out but I've lost 6 pounds. I'm hoping that some of it is period bloat and whatever isn't is from the addition of heavy weights back into my routine.
  • Oh and maybe you could have a Fudgesicle as your chocolate. They only have 70 calories and they'll be a nice cool treat.
  • I really only crave salt on my cycle. That said, I actually have less of an appetite because I can't tell the difference between dull cramps and hunger on my cycle so I usually just curl up with my heating pad and go to sleep. I just started mine today though so we'll see if anything changes this time.
  • I'm in! My calves are muscular but still not as muscular as I would like them to be! I'll probably do level one though.
  • I have it on my computer and I was considering starting it since I'm challenging myself to see what is the most weight I can lose in 3 weeks with a proper diet and exercise. I really want toned muscles so I'm doing lots of weight training and was considering adding in Insanity for an evening workout... I may have to join…
  • I just joined this site today, so I'll be walking 5 miles a night for the rest of this week! I'm glad to have this challenge to motivate me.
