While I can't give an exact amount, adding 30 day shred, will definitely help to get those unwanted pounds. Just remember to also drink plenty of water and try to make food choices you'll like that won't make you feel like you are sacrificing. For instnace, I starchy foods like potatoes, but instead of going for mashed or…

You can do it! I know I used to drop weight fairly easy, but now....I get excited to just lose 1/2 a pound. You just have to hang in there though, and find something to keep you going. For me, looking at old pictures of myself brings about a sense of accomplishment, also I feel more in confident in myself and stronger as a…

The complements I receive for all the weight I've lost and volunteering for a photo shoot is what is currently my motivation. I think my biggest motivation is watching my dad having both hypertension and type 2 diabetes, makes me realize that I don't want to end up like that.

I always treat each day as a new start. The days I go over, or know by the time dinner comes I'll go over, I'll try to burn off the excess. If I still go over though, I don't beat myself up over it, just try to learn from the pervious day.

You're not alone! The best way to go about it is set small goals. With each small goal reached, you'll feel accomplished and it will help you stay focused.

SW- 190 CW- 184.5 UGW-160 I actually didn't plug in my actual starting weight, I went on hiatus for a while and started this time around at 195, I'm happy with the 10 pounds I've lost so far and would totally love to lose another 10 by the end of December. If I don't lose 10, I won't be too upset, I just want to lose the…

I hear you, at times my motivation can be ridiculously low, between January of this year to August, I gained 15 pounds back. I felt so discouraged because I could feel and see the hard work I put into losing weight slipping away. You need to find a way of working out that works for you. I like going on walks or runs, going…

Jay Robb has delicious egg white protein powder packets. I especially love the chocolate one, it taste just like chocolate milk, Vitamin Shoppe sells them.

I definitely agree with this, I rarely have a problem reaching 1200 calories, if I did its because I skipped a meal or focused too much on calorie intake. The kinds of calories you take in and the burning of them is the most important thing.

I have a sweet tooth that is down right awful! I usually try to go for Greek God yogurt mixed with some fruit.

I'm 5''5 and weigh 187. I wear a US size 10, sometimes 12 depending on which brand I'm wearing. I would like to lose 27 pounds and possibly be a size 8.

You can do it! Maybe logging calories can help you be more conscious of what you're eating. I know its helped out a bit. Also find a way to work out that's fun and doesn't make you feel like you're working out. I like running or walking. :)
