increase your calories a bit, the only time i eat that few calories is on a day when i know i'm not going to exercise or exercise very little.

I've been doing zumba on the wii.....it's pretty awesome and The Michael Jackson Experience is a bit of a work out and ALOT of fun!

I use a whole wheat tortilla.......1/4 cup pizza sause..........fat free mozz. and a sprinkle of red. fat parm. then load it up with veges.

Make little pizzas at home using low fat english muffins, a light spread of pizza sauce and a sprinkle of low fat or fat free shredded cheese or you can go one step further and buy multi grain crackers add a dollop of pizza sauce and a pinch of low fat or fat free cheese. They are delicious! and will satisfy your craving.…
