What are the best ways to get rid of water weight and back fat (besides crunches) ?

    Hi. I used to gain about 6 lbs of water before and during TOM, but tips from other posts suggested drinking water to flush out the water gain and it really does work? I know you probably don't feel like working out during that time, but that helps too, and as for the back fat, you could try using dumbells and doing rows first one arm at a time and then do both. I started out doing 3 sets of ten reps each. Push ups help too! Good luck and stay diligent with that water!!! You'll be surprised at how it works!:drinker: :drinker: :drinker:

    Can't speak to the water weight, but as for the fat, there is no exercise or method to target any specific area. Exercises will work the muscles in certain areas, but that will not affect fat in the same places. You cannot control how/where your body burns fat, only take steps to reduce it overall.
