Right now... Hate By Design Killswitch Engage + Song #3 Stone Sour Not Ready To Die Avenged Sevenfold Are You Ready Disturbed + Tear Away Drowning Pool *Bulls on Parade is not my favorite workout song...it's my entrance song. All joking aside I always tell my GF that this song is my theme song. **Anything Killswitch + Not…

Our group lifts pretty much to metal but...I've been stuck on Stone Sour Song #3. Super catchy, bridge, tempo change, and a soaring chorus, it's saccharine for your ear holes.

The first answer I was going to give was what used to be on top of fridge, my grandfathers ceramic whiskey decantor. When he passed it was what I wanted to remember him by and he always had it on top of the fridge at his house. I always had it on top of mine until recently. Now it's on the counter instead. What is up there…

Sorry but Tesla is never the answer unless the question is which company/stock is severely overvalued and a company that has never made a profit in a full year.

For the band it's Dave. It's not the same feel. Sammy is the better singer and way cooler.

5'11" and 232, hence the 2 mile per day run goal for 2020. Lift most every day(at least five days/week) so I'm there already. Today I went there just to run..that was weird. Oh and I'm 50.

Okay Swanny, that's some good stuff there. I had to google it just to make sure the only thing that I knew was what that was...and it is.

This is like the 3000th thread on this topic. I'm still from Northern Michigan-points at hand.

@Motorsheen #6 is always top of mind. It will never be over. @maggie4991 Thanks about the run! Very achievable and will make it. I like pirates...but yes, our vocabulary is a lot larger and can be shown without a few of those expletives.

I have five business goals(every year I pick 3-5) but I'll stick to the personal ones. 1. Curb my language 2. Drink a gallon of water per day 3. Take vitamins 4. Run 2 miles/day or 14 miles/week(been working towards this as I'm at 1.75 per day now) 5. Log my food again...I hate it but it keeps me accountable to me

All these Guns shirts....I have one but have never seen them live. Sublime, just saw them with Rome. Coming back around and will see them again. I too will have to bust out a box of concert T's for this thread.

How about showing up to work after three days off and all your co-workers are either sick, not motivated or mopey. Come on people, you just were given three days off bring your A game. I worked, by choice, all day Saturday and for a bit Monday and I'm here bringing it. edit: Although I am posting on MFP!

Have a bike ride through a few wineries with lunch planned on Sunday. Never done anything like it before, kind of excited to try it.

I'd wish for the meteorite hit discussed in the other thread!

Yes. No. More legs and more cardio. Less beer.

Been struggling with this myself. Would go weeks without rest days. Lately(since the beginning of the year) have been sleeping in a few days a week instead of up super early to the gym every day. I don't have the answer. Weeks on end wasn't good and I felt worthless when I didn't exercise and now I feel worthless for…
