I thought it was rude to stare at them.

Tzatziki is basically: Strained yogurt (usually from sheep or goat milk) mixed with cucumbers, garlic, salt, olive oil, and sometimes lemon juice, and dill or mint or parsley. If that fast food chain is serving anything other than this, it's not Tzatziki. It's dressing, and you should probably just skip it as opposed to…

I don't care enough to make more than one guess.

I know people will assume I'm being a jerk by saying this but you really didn't try hard at all. Google provided over half a million answers. If you have to, pick up a container of it and look at the ingredients.

My Lord. Maybe I'm just too old.

They put bacon with ice cream?!

Good. Many hard gainers do. I would say that you could benefit more from some exercise than from dieting. Eat healthy, lift something every day, even if it's your own bodyweight.
-
Do you smoke?
-
The concept itself, not that people can't achieve that goal. Size invisible will be next and people will fit into those clothes while being visible.

Size 0 LOL

Yup.

It depends on your diet. It depends on how much you're sweating. If all you do is sit there and drink water, and you're not active, and you don't eat foods that replenish your electrolytes/minerals you'll probably end up having a headache due to mild water intoxication. Keep drinking it and you'll die but that's an extreme…

After looking at pics, I'll even ask if it's wide grip pull-downs that are causing you to have the most definition in your back, or is it something else. I imagine there is a way to see a posted workout. I'll go learn now.

"magerum", what's the inside joke, c'mon now, don't be shy.
-
Totally. Go hard, lose more, be healthy. Gain more if you like. Lose less. Bulk up, slim down, whatever. Be happy and healthy.
-
I absolutely did "magerum". Help a brother out and explain what the point was please.
-
Is it funny that I support people that eat healthy foods and make a significant change in how their body looks? Oh, you're like the other guy and think this is a joke and I'm some old member. Hardy har har. Glad that's out of the way.

Only because you believe so. He looks in better shape now than before.

Now. Lets get real. Pastitsio is a Mediterranean dish. That's not the dish you want to eat if trying to lose weight.
-
It means eating fresh fish, tomatoes, olives, dairy, figs, peppers....healthy fats, oils, proteins, carbs, anti-oxidants, etc... Very few packaged goods, most stuff can be eaten fresh, and found locally.

If a salad is made properly, you don't need a heavy dressing, the veggies carry themselves.
-
Large salad: 4 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar Small salad: 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar Touch of basil or salt or pepper if you need more flavour outside of the food and dressing itself.

I'll just quote this to save me some time.

Just tossing this out there to help achieve the best results for you... Do the non-protein benefits of flax/chia/hemp seeds not outweigh the extra protein benefits of the protein powder? I'm not saying, I'm asking. You'll have to look that up. *shrugs* I admit I'm more into fresh foods and cooking from scratch than powders…
-
I could look this up in a sec but I'd love to hear what people here think about this product. (fixed) Dried peanut protein?

Yes. This goes for smokers, drinkers, eaters, gamblers, drug addicts... What normally happens though is people beat themselves up over being human and then jump back into their addiction to make themselves feel better. Don't follow that pattern, start fresh as of now. Discipline ain't easy.

Not to mention, it's usually only darker beers or beers with sediment that contain the really healthy stuff, which is not what most people drink. Brewers yeast is not found in a Bud, in amounts that make a difference.

This. Common sense for the win.
