Hi Everyone!
I'd like to hear from anyone adhering to a mediterranean-type diet. If you have any favorite recipes to share, etc., I'd love to hear them. I'm on my second week and I really enjoy it - eating much better food and I'm not hungry at all. But I am the type of person who needs a lot of variety....
Thank you!
Debbie

I don't think it works unless you live there, and I don't think it means what people think it means.
Saying that, if I was to describe how I eat that would be the closest comparison.

It means eating fresh fish, tomatoes, olives, dairy, figs, peppers....healthy fats, oils, proteins, carbs, anti-oxidants, etc...
Very few packaged goods, most stuff can be eaten fresh, and found locally.0 -
Now. Lets get real.
Pastitsio is a Mediterranean dish. That's not the dish you want to eat if trying to lose weight.0
