Thanks for the help, I appreciate it. The class is actually called Fierce & I misspoke. Before beginning different segments of the workout ... She mentioned "the next Tabata workout is....." It's not specifically called Tabata workout... Only segments used. Please forgive, I was delirious.

Thanks for the laugh.....I can relate though...it's hard when hubby eats whatever he wants...for instance, after church today he and my daughter had Mc Donalds....which is rare but just so happens to be when I'm getting back on track. That's how I found it too....I searched LCHF and found it in the middle of a thread. I searched a little, but wasn't too tough, on the other hand it could have been easier...lol.

You are right Rigra74, Lack of knowledge is what held me back. Some don't care to hear it though, but if it's "out there" at least someone who has an open mind might hear exactly what they need to hear to change ... Even possibly save, their life!!!

I was Very Pleased to find that after my second class, only two days later, I was only in Half the pain, and recovered quickly. but now unfortunately I have a sick daughter and it will be a full 7 days between classes.....UGH.
