looks like the general idea is if it works keep it up. sounds like a good idea. we try to eat less processed foods. We dont take it to an extreme, but stick to fresh fruits and veggies, pork steak, chicken, natural peanut butters, things like that. so its well rounded i feel.

My wife recommended drinking a glass of milk, or something like that. I have been losing weight, and i see a little loss every day. Unless i eat breakfast. Even when i work out and still meet my calories, i cant lose when i eat breakfast.

i think that once i start losing weight i can run it in 23 minutes, maybe 24. at least thats my goal.

what is a practical amount of time to work to a 5 k. when i was a few years younger, i could to a 14.30 2 mile run, and had never had less than a 9 minute mile when i had first started running.

also so your body doesnt get bored. different workouts mean different areas and stuff your body isnt used to .

if my day is screwed, i enjoy the screwed day, and start again the next day. also, with the snacking, i try to leave calories for that. but i also get 1800 cause im 232 lbs. Find REALLY low calorie snacks? or find something to do with your hands
