I didn't want to resize mine either, but it wouldn't fit on my finger after I got pregnant. I ended up putting it on a chain and wore my necklace. Just an alternative idea.

Welcome to the group! We have all had to start somewhere. Myself, I came from 235 down to 170ish and am still quite a ways away from where I want to be. My ultimate goal weight is about the same as yours, and we will get there! Nice job on the loss, keep it up!

As of today, my struggle has actually been hitting my calories. I don't know why, but I just woke up feeling ill today and cannot find myself able to sleep this evening. Hopefully it is just a 24 hour thing, and I will awake refreshed and bright and bushy tailed.

My personal goal is to burn 500 calories daily and stay at or under my calories for the entire week. I want to make this a continuous habit for myself.

I watched my brothers play Super Nintendo a lot and was mesmerized. For me, it was Mario and Zelda. Hey jesicaxnn, Try and eat replacing something with more calorie dense foods. If you need to, add a piece of cheese or some peanut butter. Maybe try some lean beef instead of the chicken breast. That way you can pretty much eat the same amounts of food, but they will contain more calories.
