what do we do? :( I have recently been doing very well and lost some weight but the last 2 weeks have been awful. mostly the stuff people bring in at work

Since being up, awake and active burns more calories than sleep... I think you should maybe add 200 kcal to your allowance. Just my thoughts :)

Thanks for everyone's input! I am trying to get the best burn during my one hour at the gym, I will try and crank it to 20 resistance on the elliptical, I've never tried that! :P

Do you eat anything before a workout? And what time do you usually work out? I have a problem with running outside, I feel like I can't breathe right. Maybe if you have a small amount of protein right before a run you would not feel as dizzy?

Yeah, I think I will stick to both, but have recently been ont he running kick :) Are heart rate monitors convenient and easy to use? Any recommendations?

I just bought a Nespresso Latissima+, it was about $400 but I really love the quality of the coffee, I have it at least twice a day! :)

Absolutely yes to subway. I've been getting their $3 breakfast with 16oz coffee and egg white, cheese and veggie flatbread (330 kcal!!!!). and I loooove it....

Thank you, that is very helpful and encouraging. I have tried crossfit before and have actually really enjoyed doing it, only did it for 3 weeks (groupon special in December 2010). I think you are right, I might have to up my intensity and do more of an all-around workout. Right now I get on a cybex (elliptical-like) type…

That's probably a good idea.... :) I just hope the weight keeps coming off if I do that, otherwise I tend to be hard on myself :(

Hey everyone! Well, my husband is 158 and I am currently 164, so I wanted to weight less than him ;) 155 lbs is my recommended ideal weight, but I figured what the heck, I wanna be a little skinnier than that, so it became 150 lbs :)
