Second, while I do not have children, I am the oldest of three and my mother (who is petite and generally has a good metabolism) said that weight loss after baby number 3 was 100x more difficult (and took significantly longer) than pregnancies 1 and 2. She also had 3 kids in less than 5 years…

I still struggle with binging and yo-yo dieting and I have found MFP to help very much. Honestly, there are just certain things I cannot keep in the house. Also, focusing on triggers is huge.

I'm about 5'5" and on the bigger-boned side. right now i'm around 155, which sadly is the heaviest i have been in a while. my lowest adult weight was around 125, and while i will admit i looked great (was also toned etc), it was really a challenge to maintain and i felt that it developed the disordered eating that led me…

My first attempt at weight loss a few years ago, the only exercise I did was walk to/from work (granted, about 50 minutes each way). So yes, it is definitely exercise!

I've been having a protein drink as my last "meal" of the day because I work out in the a.m.- also, the sweetness of the shake has helped me control my sugar issues.

I know, I've had my heart checked out. My doctor has told me to keep exercising as it will ultimately have a positive effect on anxiety, but it still makes me nervous sometimes.

I was referring to the body weight arm exercises - believe me, I'm not anti-lifting (I do lift, and am trying to build up), but I've heard that this workout is also effective. It's hard if you've ever tried it... (I also do not support or condone anything else she does)

I do run a couple of times a week and can do a 5k comfortably. I am not a fast runner but time isn't as important for me. I just want to be able to finish :)

hello, i am 26 and also suffer from binge eating issues. i had lost the weight i wanted to last summer only to relapse back into binging and gaining it all back. so i know where you are coming from. it's so hard to talk about with people who don't know what it's like.
