Thanks! I have been counting the other workouts as circuit training but I wasn't sure about the cardio abs I did today. Can't wait to see results!

Really need to get me a hrm, seems like I should be burning more calories doing Insanity than just the circuit training cals........may have to check amazon later

I'm going at my own pace. Some of the things I know would not be good for my back so I modify them. I just keep thinking that anything is better than nothing! You are doing great. One day we both will get through the whole workout, I know it!

First couple of days I had pain on the inside of my knees........lol......I'm much better now. Although every morning I wake up to tight calves. A little stretching and they are good to go!

Did it barefoot yesterday and I didn't have any pain last night! Going to try it again today. I'm on day 10! Can't wait to see results!

Ugh where'd my post go? Anywho, can I join you all? I started insanity on March 18 so I'm now on week 2! I love it! I thought I was going to die the fit test. I have seen a big improvement since then. Did pure cardio today and did great! I'm starting at 153 and I'm about 5'2ish :) Let's go!

I'm on the second week. Just did pure cardio today. I def see a difference in my stamina since doing the fit test! I seem to put more pressure on the outside of my feet so I'm having trouble with my trainers. Need to find something else that is going to give me more support on my feet. They ache every night :( Keep it up!…

I have a cheapo Hamilton Beach that I pull out every morning to do a green juice. I mainly started doing this for my back health. I researched veggies that would be an alternative to meds. Glad you posted this! I was researching one last night. I think it will give me a better understanding of my workouts and knowing when to ease up besides feeling like my heart is going to jump out of my body while doing Insanity! LOL!

Just finished day 5 Pure Cardio! Whew! I'm taking it at my own pace but definitely see an improvement from my fit test! Can't wait until day 60! And yes I'm still sore everywhere!!!

Hi I started yesterday with the fit test and thought I was going to die until today when I did day 2 and really thought I'd die! I'm new to MFP but not new to trying to be healthy. I juice regularly and try to swim a mile at least twice a week! I'd love to be an Insane buddy! It's going to be worth it!
