Watch your food intake, carbs, sugar, salt, etc. Exercise at least 3 times per week. hope this helps.

have you tried Jari Love Ripped series? Ripped 1000 is cardio and strength training.

Thanks for your post. It helped me to realize that I must eat to lose weight not starve myself. I am sorry you had to come to this point before you noticed something was wrong, You are a very brave person and I am sure you will get back on track with this new knowledge you have gained, Good luck!

I have Irritable Bowel syndrome (IBS). I take Acidophilus capsules it works great for me. For bloating, I drink Fennel tea; I also drink three glasses of Acacia tummy fiber per day minus the fiber that is in my food.

I do cardio interval training 5 x per week and one day of weight training. I have the same problem, belly fat. I know you cannot spot reduce fat. but you can spot reduce a muscle. Try to work you abs everyday or when ever you work out. That is what I am doing, and hoping that eventually the belly fat will start to go. The…

I do 5 days of cardio and 4 days of strength training. Upper body strength 2 x per week and lower body strength 2 x per week, cardio before weight training. My rest day is Saturday.

Okay, starting next weekSun, Tues and Fri will be cardio and Mon, Wed and Thurs will be total body strength training. I will let you know how it's going after one week.

I do cardio 6 days a week which makes it hard to get in strength training. If I do cardio 3 x per week and weight lifting 3 x per week do you think I will start to see a difference?
