Hey everyone. So I just started out with this today and I really want to lose like 40-45 pounds. I need some help though. Some tips or anything at all because I really don’t know what I’m doing. Anyone?

There are so many tips, so why are so many people overweight? Start with the basics. What are the basics? To lose weight, you have to eat less (and move more). As long as you believe this, you'll understand what you have to do, you'll see what your food diary is for, and have a concept of how to use it. If you don't accept it, you'll struggle.2

Watch your food intake, carbs, sugar, salt, etc. Exercise at least 3 times per week. hope this helps.0
