Unfortunately there isn't anything that really works other than surgery. All the creams, sit ups, and prayer in the world will not tighten skin that has lost it's elasticity. Some people are lucky but most are like balloons. Once you over inflate them the never go back down to the original form. I know first hand. 3 years…

I only wear Brooks. I love them. I'm on a tight budget though so I find a pair I like at a store and try them on to make sure they fit then I go online and price search stores to find the cheapest price and order them. Fruits & vegetables are great fillers. Skim milk, reduced fat cheese (the fat free is gross), go easy on oils, etc. If I have a high fat breakfast I make sure to have a low fat dinner. The longer you do it the easier it gets.

Unfortunately there's not a huge difference in size at first. I've lost 19 pounds this time and don't see a real difference yet but when you're over 200 lbs it takes a larger loss to see a lot of difference. I once weighed 300 lbs and it wasn't until I lost over 40 lbs that people started to notice. I got all the way down…

Maybe you could try going middle of the road for a week and eat 1350. If you still don't have enough energy then go back to 1500. It's hard to eat well or have enough energy at 1200.

I'm glad to hear it works. I tried what you're doing once with great results but I have to take medicine twice a day with food so it rules out any true fasting... plus I'm way too hungry for that! LOL
