Just worried about not being able to get back up to my usual pacing, averaging 7 to 8 mins/mile. I've been running hills this week to 'slow myself down' a bit and get ready to go 'all out' :) Will share how the results are :)

I am 5'6", current weight is 120lbs, with 11% bodyfat. Lowest weight was 110lbs but a higher bodyfat. I'm just starting 'maintenance' mode so let's see where this takes me :)

Make sure when you're squatting and jumping you're using the correct form. When I first started 30 day shred I went a bit 'ballistic' and didn't check my form in the mirror - a few weeks later I couldn't walk properly without pain (well that and feeling sad for my wallet too). Lesson learned :)

Am a runner as well and started HIIT and Cardio. Did the *exact* same thing - up 2kg in a week. Just have to get used to the 'swing' of things :D

5'6", 115, 1200 - 1800 day depending on if I excercise, eating back all my excercise cals.
