You may not be losing any pounds because you are actually gaining muscle from working out. This is a good thing. Keep up with the activity that you are doing and keep logging your food. In time you will see a difference. It can sometimes be a slow process, but keep up the good work...

I loved this program! When doing the program, be sure to listen to your body. If you are running 5-6 times per week and your body is handling the stress of that fine, then go for it. If you start feeling exhausted or start having any problems then consider scailing it back. Good luck and ENJOY!

You have to make sure that you are least eating the minium recommended number of calories each day. I don't typically eat the extra calories from exercising, but make sure you are eating the minimum they recommend. If you aren't eating the minimum, your body will go into "hybernation" and store the fat. Good luck
