  • Hi i have done slimming world for 2 years and now ive combined it with MFP. SW is amazing :) i got all my friends on to it too and they love it. no counting and there's so much you can eat that at first you are sceptical that you wont loose any weight but you do. try it out its great :)
  • i would agree with losing4mysoldier. i also find that nutella helps. get some wholemeal crackers and spread a little of nutella on there. nutella is one of the least fatty chocolates. My consultant at Slimming World also said that crushing some All Bran cereal and mixing it with nutella fills u up and its healthy :smile:
  • i agree with millerll. I had a quick look at your food diary and a McDonalds mcflurry and mccoy crisps for lunch wont help you get to your goal. You need to be filling your 1200 with healthy food, like fruit, veg, pasta, meat etc. AVOID binge eating or even thinking about it too much. Have a look at one of our food diaries…
  • Hi If you felt that by doing the old WW way u were always hungry then MFP wont really be any different as its calorie counting and you dont get to use alot of cals unless you are training (going to the gym) if you are going to the gym then you can add the exercises as well and that will give you more cals to use a day…
  • Carrots. I find that normally helps a lot. Also if you fancy something sweet, freeze some grapes and then you can nibble on them. as they are frozen it will take a while to even eat one which will keep you satisfied :smile:

  • Hi also http://400caloriesorless.com/?paged=12 and slimming world have LOADS of recipes. I have made an amazing weetabix cake (yes you read right weetabix) but it tastes like chocolate. Also lemon couscous cake to die for. just google those two and u'll get the recipes. enjoy x

  • You need to try and be positive. Exercise is the key as that way you can cheat now and again and not gain any weight.
