I took Garcinia Cambogia for a few weeks (went through a bottle) and lost very little while I was taking it...though I was dieting and exercising like a maniac. As soon as I stopped taking GC I started losing weight! But, that's just my story. It may work for others.

I have experienced the same issues with menopause...it stinks! I'm about 50 days into trying to "fix" things, including big changes in my diet and lots of exercise, and have lost about 21 lbs so far. It's a long and slow process, unfortunately. Limiting carbs, lots of lean meat and fish, a combo of cardio and strength…

Goals for August... 1. lose 6 more pounds to match my short-term goal; 2. stay positive and focused on making healthy eating and exercise a HABIT; 3. get organized for the new school year (I'm a teacher); 4. have fun and laugh a lot! :laugh:
