I'd just keep a journal of what you eat and log it when you get home. We're not taking a vacation this year, but in the past I normally use my vacation time as a vacation from everything, including a strict diet! You can get right back on track when you get home. Good luck!!

I put one portion/serving of whatever I'm going to eat in a bowl or on a plate and I put the package back in the cupboard, the dish back in the fridge, etc. I find if I take my serving and leave the open container on the counter, I'm much more likely to take more when I go back into the kitchen to put my plate away. That happened to me once- my scale showed I had "gained" 7 lbs in 2 days. Turns out my scale was messed up! I'm sure that's the case for you too!
