I made this last night and it's very tasty! http://roxinthekitchen.blogspot.com/2011/04/mff-lean-lemon-turkey-my-version.html?m=1

I lost 20 lbs last year, stopped logging and working out, got super stressed at work and gained back 18. I started back in April and just overall feel much better about this journey. I could use some new friends :)

I went from 3-4 diet cokes a day to none for a long time. Now I have a diet coke occasionally. I started drinking La Croix sparkling water (well mostly the store brand of it) and had one coke a day for a few weeks. Then I just quit having that one coke. I also drink a lot more iced team (unsweetened).

I just upgraded from a Fitbit Flex to the Fitbit Charge HR. I have a desk job and sometimes I don't even move from my desk for hours. When I log into MFP and it has deducted calories from my day, I know I need to get up and walk around. (You can turn off negative adjustments but I find them motivating). I like the heart…

My current favorite is Annie's Naturals Honey Mustard Vinaigrette. It's 40 calories for 2 tbsp.
-
My favorite snacks - String cheese and apple slices (or a mini baby bel cheese) - cottage cheese and pineaple - lemon yogurt with strawberries mixed in - flour tortilla with a tbsp of cream cheese spread on it

I walked away from the boxes of sausage and cheese kolaches in the breakroom and ate oatmeal earlier this week. Cheesy/meaty breakfast foods are hard for me.

Amazing job!

I gave them up about six months ago. I was drinking way too many diet cokes and once I decided to give it up, I gave up all artificial sweeteners. My main issue was the diet coke. I keep sparkling water around for when I want the fizzy. The citrus flavors of La Croix were the best substitute for me. I also stopped using…

I stopped tracking in November and December but I'm back at it! My diary is open to friends so feel free to add me. My goal is to log everything for the full year. I didn't make quite the weight loss milestone I had for myself last year but I cut out diet coke (and artificial sweeteners) and started incorporating a lot…

I bought a new one a couple of weeks ago and really like it. It's the EatSmart Precision Scale. http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B001KXZ808/thewire06-20

Even if you're only losing band sizes and not cups, your breasts are getting smaller. The cup size is a proportion. A 32B cup and a 36B cup are not the same sized cup. I'm hoping to lose about 30 lbs of breast myself ;) I'm wearing an 44H and it really should be a 44J but those are impossible to find. The last time I was…

My new favorite is Lap Dance by NERD (it's explicit so if you don't like bad language, don't listen!)

I'll be 35 this year which is kind of what woke me up to doing something about my health. I'm on every day and pretty active at commenting and supporting.
-
Some really nice, expensive jeans and a breast reduction

I have an old version of the body media link but it doesn't sync wirelessly so I decided to get the Flex. I just bought it yesterday so I can't say how much I like it specifically but I do like seeing my sleep and my steps per day. I'm actually wearing both today just to see how the numbers compare at the end of the stay.

We're taking over the world!

I was looking at buying the Eat Smart one. Glad I read this thread :) I replaced the battery in mine and it made it worse.

ha, me too. I graduated in 1997.

There are some really great threads on the Success Stories board from people that have lost 100+ pounds. Just a couple from the first few pages. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1034755-1-year-and-130-lbs-down-and-still-going-pics http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1068295-151-lbs-lost-and-1-year-on-mfp…

Gloria Jeans butter toffee is one of my faves! I also stock up on Starbucks Christmas blend in the winter. Oh and it's not coffee but Twinings Earl Gray tea.

Yep! Class of 2001 :)

I spent most of my life in Magnolia :)

We have Whole Food and Central Market in Houston. And Sprouts are opening all over. :)

I keep a list of lower calorie fast food items in my car if there is a reason I can't get home to eat. I've only used it once in the first 6 weeks.

Another Houstonian here My biggest weakness is Tex Mex (especially queso).

Good for you! It really gets easier after a few days. Tomorrow will be 3 weeks for me. I still drink coffee in the morning and started drinking unsweet iced tea (instead of adding splenda) for the caffeine. But even with that, I'm drinking way less caffeine and haven't had any headaches.

I'm reposting this from another thread on diet soda. I had SERIOUS diet coke habit. When I decided it was time to start taking better care of myself (including losing weight), I knew I had to cut out the diet coke. I should mention that my office keeps a fridge full of soda that we can drink for free so it was easy to…

I had SERIOUS diet coke habit. When I decided it was time to start taking better care of myself (including losing weight), I knew I had to cut out the diet coke. I should mention that my office keeps a fridge full of soda that we can drink for free so it was easy to drink 2-3 a day. Anyway, I started limiting myself to one…

I keep salad stuff in the fridge at work but sometimes I don't have the time or the desire to make it. I also keep Annie's version of easy mac in my desk along with whole wheat bread and peanut butter in case I just want something quick. I also have yogurt, string cheese, etc in the fridge so I just grab whatever I see…
