    Raised in Dallas, but lived in Austin for 4 years while attending UT. Yeah...try being a vegan in Texas. lol I get teased quite a bit.

  • Im in Houston , I cant seem to keep away from all the Ice Cream. Seems like there is a Sonic located on every corner selling those awesome Sonic Blasts.....lol

    It is hard... when I turn down the donuts at the office or cookies at home, I celebrate a big victory in my head... full-on parade with ticker tape, scantily clad cheerleaders... guess I'd better stop describing the mental parade I throw myself. :bigsmile:

    I am in Texas as well and there are 4..yes 4 fast food restaurants just in the parking lot of my work...talk about tempation. Any fellow Texan can add me for support.

    Why would being from a certain state make you eat it? Healthy eating is just as easy.
