sounds awesome but I would add ice to make it more colder and more slushy.

Thanks Jim, that sounds great I will have to try them. I wonder if I only cook one or two, how long should they cook?

Dumb question probably but what is YAYOG? What kinds of strength training do you do? You look amazing! I have just started using a total gym and would love to have your results after 5 weeks! I have lost a lot of weight and really want to tone up now.

I love this stuff, put it on my mini bagel every morning, love the cinnamon one and garden veggie. Gonna have to try the other flavors and start using it more in stuff. Thanks for the recipes.

Don't let people get to you, they like to judge, I just overlook it. If it fits in yours calories then eat it and you will still lose weight. I eat whatever I want and have lost 133lbs. :)

Ninja's are good if you want to stay under $100.00 but I would suggest a Vitamix, I absolutely love mine!! But mine was $400.00 so it is a little pricey but I got mine from QVC and they almost always have them on easy pay, usually 5 or 6 payments so it would be around $70 or $80.00 a month, but there is no interest. This…

I have waited years for this again, I LOVE ROLLER COASTERS!! (hence the pic on my ticker and was one of my main motivations for losing weight) On my birthday this year, July 10, I will be at Kings Island in Cinncinati riding every single one, I CAN NOT WAIT!! Congrats on your NSV!!

I was wearing a 12 wide ( I am 6ft tall) and now after losing 130lbs I am down to an 11 reg in most shoes. :)

I tried to make soup one time and it was awful, not sure what I did and by minute 3 or 4 it was overflowing the pitcher! I haven't tried again so if you have a really good soup recipe let me know and maybe I will try again.

You look so great! Excellent work!

Frozen greek yogurt! Never like regular greek yogurt but they have a frozen one (caramel swirl) that is too die for! Going to try dark chocolate cherry next! YUM!

I keep getting told that I am gonna blow away with the wind..... I am currently 176lbs and my heatly range for my body height is between 145 and 185. I am doing what I want not what everyone else thinks I should do. My goal currently is 160 and I believe that is reasonable considering I am 6 foot tall. Just do what is best…

I do not like fruits or veggies, or should I say I don't like the texture of them, so if I don't make smoothies then I don't get them in my diet ever! So this is a great option for me and it is the exact same food whether you chew it up swallow or if you just swallow, where do people come up with these things they say!
-
THIS!! LOL AGREED!

This is me right now!

people tell me I'm skinny all the time, I think they are nuts.... They just say that cuz they were use to seeing me at 302lbs and now that I have lost 125 they see "skinner" but to me I am far from skinny! Even at my goal I won't consider myself skinny but just right for me :)

I have lost 123lbs and it's been a little over 12 months.
