To be honest, I would have been more comfortable posing nude when I weighed 302lbs as opposed to now when I weigh 176. It is scary the amount of sagging that occurs from losing weight and getting older, I need some serious reconstructive surgery, if I ever hit the lottery that is!! LOL

Mine is open, however it is not pretty sometimes... :) I warned my friends when I opened it that I don't like many fruits and veggies and I am super picky so I eat what I want and there are days that I go over, but you know what at least I logged it so I know what I have done.

I use the "I can't believe it's not butter spray" it tastes just like butter and I spary it on toast and when I need to spray a pan to cook in, Pam is not good for cookware as it leaves a sticky residue that ruins nonstick pans. There are no calories in in either!!

I eat whatever I want as long as it's within my calories.... that is all that is needed. I have lost 123lbs so far and I don't tike fruits and veggies. I have only had my Vitamix about a week now, but I LOVE IT SO MUCH!!!! I have never liked fruits and veggies and now I can eat them with no problems. This morning I tried something yummy. 1 frozen banana 1 tbsp of peanut butter 1 single cup of light vanilla yogurt 1/4 cup dark chocolate almond milk so good!!!

I bought a pair of size 10 jean shorts!!!! It's the first 10 I have squeezed my butt into, and I couldn't even beileve it. I will be keeping the tags on them until it gets warmer, maybe I will have to take them back for an 8 at some point :) it's positive thinking!

This!!!! My husband and daughters have been on late night donut runs lately.... drives me crazy, and if that wasn't enough, they then come home and heat them in the microwave for a few seconds to warm them up which makes the whole house smell like a bakery!!! Uggghhhhh!!!

I will wait a few weeks and see what happens, not too worried but thought I would ask someone else's opinion. I am using a HRM and the difference between what the HRM says and the elliptical is dramatic usually about half, so I am glad I have the HRM since I usually eat my calories back. Thanks for everyone's help!

I had my goal in MFP to 1.5lb per week and has been for almost a year and until the last few months it seemed to be okay. I have went in today and changed it to 1lb per week which has uped my calories to 1550 which is closer to what the TDEE on scooby calculator (1680) gave me. I will see if that helps any, I just worried…

They notice.... you will notice that they look at you longer or glance at different parts of your body, the thing is they are afraid to say something. I get this all the time. It did take me about 30 lbs or so before someone said something to me and now I have lost 114 lbs and my boss and the other girl in my department…
