Sorry to Brag!!!!

I started using MFP and working out 3-5 times a week three and half weeks ago. When I started I weighed 210 pounds, today I weighed in at 199 pounds. I have worked hard to get under that 200 pound mark and finally made it today. I still have a long way to go to get to where I want to be but today I reached a very satisfying goal.
