Gosh, I'm behind. Thursday I did about 90 minutes of shoveling. My house, plus two of my neighbors' sidewalks. Friday was leg day, Saturday rest, and yesterday 50 minutes of shoveling. Today is chest/shoulders/triceps.0

Yesterday I did Turbo Jam Cardio Party Remix. Tonight is back and biceps.0

Today was boring 1 hr treadmill and because I have slight knee injury and will compete on it this weekend I was told walking only so set at 4.2on an incline of only 4.5 so musc was what got me through it but tomorrow is last strength traning day before I leave with trainer so yahoo 2 hrs with seven rounds of leg press, leg extension, leg curls Bosu squats with wts and lateral rases and one leg squats with kicks push ups and st ups the to upper body bicep tricep chest shoulders and back for 3 rounds lastly stretch and shower then ice and rest0

You guys are so impressive. It has been a rough winter and today it was 47 degrees (felt warm!) so I walked for an hour. So glad my town plows the paved nature trails. Was. Ice to be outside. I hope I can get my a@@ out of bed in the morning for a class!0

Went out to my garage and did my 5/3/1 routine. It was overhead press day. Sick, so it wasn't the best but at least I started a new cycle, so the load wasn't that bad.0

Incline walking for 30 minutes.
Heavy dead lifts. Weighted squats. Some sit ups, a few leg lifts (for the stretch), and ended with a 2 minute plank0 -
Moving office supplies around and some light cleaning...and hopefully an hour or more of bowling this evening!0

10 mins of ab work
10 min jog on incline
20 min walk on incline
probably gonna do more later
edit: yeah gonna do this 2 more times cause its rainy out and I'm bored0 -

Back and biceps, and a little arc trainer. Then off to Qdoba!0
