I love this stuff, put it on my mini bagel every morning, love the cinnamon one and garden veggie. Gonna have to try the other flavors and start using it more in stuff. Thanks for the recipes.

    Awesome ideas here!

I make turkey bacon wrapped bison balls with LC cheese.

Meatballs made out of: Bison(or beef in a pinch), green peppers, onions, Worcestershire sauce, and Montreal steak seasoning
Top with a dab of LC cheese, guacamole, and jalapeno
wrap in turkey back, skewer through and bake.

Y.U.M. I like to serve them with re-fried black beans. Rice would be a nice addition if you have the carb allotment to allow it!

I mix then into homemade polenta and use them to make a homemade Italian/creamed spinach.

I didn't realize there were so many flavours - where I live the groceries only carry the regular, light, cheddar, and herb sometimes. The blue cheese one piques my interest! Wish we had that here. Oh well, I'm in maintenance and eat real cheese most of the time. It just would be nice to have that option when I've had a bit too many fat grams for the day.

I used 3 "garden vegetable" LC wedges, added garlic, and dried onions.

Added to this is one diced and roasted medium anaheim pepper.

Got to add those veggies whenever possible. Refrigerate and use on sandwiches in place of pepper jack cheese slice.
