1/2 cup of cranberry juice cocktail or orange juice
6 oz or 3/4 cups of vanilla yogurt
1/2 banana
place all ingredients in blender plus until well blend serves 1

    sounds good but to me it has a lot of sugar.
    I like 1 cup spinach
    1 TBL ground chia seeds
    1/4 cup goji berries
    1/4 cup strawberries
    1 cup carrageenan free almond milk
    sometimes add a small banana

    so many variations out there.

    sounds awesome but I would add ice to make it more colder and more slushy.
