  • Hi everyone! I'm so glad I found this thread! I'm going into my 12th week and I have been working out and eating healthy..which is super hard especially with Halloween! I'm happy to see that there are other women out there that are planning to work out during and after pregnancy.
  • Once a week in the morning.

A few things I've done are having veggies and fruit washed and pre cut in the fridge ready to go, so when i feel like a snack i grab one of those instead of chips or chocolate and when i'm on the go, i grab a few of each and throw it in a zip lock bag with a big bottle of water in my purse and i'm…
  • Great post! I'm always curious about what people have on their grocery list. My must haves are: -soy milk (soy good) -eggs -cantaloupe (new favorite fruit!) -multi grain cereal -activia to go
  • I would say I have a medium frame...I find I'm builidng alot more muscle so when i get on the scale it says i gained weight..but it's just muscle weight..i would rather see the numbers dropping on the scale. I have a hard time staying on a healthy diet though..so many temptaions out there..like ice cream haha!

  • Hi! I have a 6 month old (sigh..time is sure flying) anyways I did hot yoga and it helped me shed the weight and helped with my tummy situation. When she was a little bit younger I would do work outs at home while she napped, in the summer time we went for a lot of walks..helped me burn some calories and it seemed to help…

  • I work out at the gym in the morning, so this will be a great way to unwind when baby is asleep. I did it for a few days before but quit cause I had no motivation and the holidays were here..now I'm totally in again especially with a great support group. Good luck ladies..we can do it!:smile:
  • I totally agree with you! I lost most of my baby weight through bikram, so I'm proof that it does help you lose weight no matter what people say. The feeling after your practice is AMAZING!
