i had egg whites, with baby spinach, mushrooms and reduced fat feta cheese. and a half cup of blackberries and a 100g of strawberries = 228 calories0

Yummy! Be careful on the sodium! Low in cals but high in sodium! Drink lots of water!!!

as far as the sodium, does it just cause you to retain water or are there other weight gaining affects?0 -
I had a cup of tea, an apple and an apple and linseed dried fruit roll. Not a great day! I only had breakfast at 11am, though, so I didn't need lunch.0

I had a summer salad:
field greens, grape tomatoes, green onion, toasted almonds, radishes, strawberries, 4 oz grilled chicken and a homeade dijon balsamic vinaigrette. 277 calories, 27 grams protein, 11 g fat, 22 g carbs. 100% delish, lol!!0 -
