I'm on day 10 of level 1 today, I've hurt my back pretty bad so I'm taking a rest in between so I don't have it worse.

I've drank on average 5 glasses of water a day. I've started to drink a heap more today though, see if it helps any :)

Lol! I'm a little impatient! I'm going to dump my calories up to 1500 and see how I go with that. I'm just glad to know It's more than likely water weight :)

I just had Vegemite on an english muffin for lunch. I absolutely love it! Don't put much on though, otherwise it's too strong :)

Definitely morning, I'm not a morning person at all but I find it way better to do it in the morning. It gets you pumped for the day and feeling great! I might also do some in the night if I'm feeling up to it. But if I leave it till later I more than likely wouldn't do it at all lol

I like to listen to Sail by Owlnation when I do weights. When I do cardio I listen to rap/r&b, dubstep or something with a good bass to keep me going :)

I just finished my first day of level 1 30DS! I'm loving it already, I can't wait until I see some results. I'm going to do the half hour with Jillian in the mornings and my exercise bike for 20mins minimum in the afternoon :) Anyone that wants support or motivation add me! The more the merrier!
