I am looking for friends to add me that are doing the 30 day shred
I have 3 months until my summer hioliday and i am planning to do 3 rounds of it :-)
wonder how its possible to lose 20lbs a month doing this though

I'm in!! I've tried to start in the past by myself but the farest I did was the 5th day. How about if we do it together and measure ourselves pre and post shred?0 -

I think you just gotta give your ALL and commit to it everyday, without excuses. Hopefully, we'll lose more than 60 lbs together!!

I just started as well. Completed Day 3. I love it! I feel it working, it's a good hurt! Please add me so I have support to make it through. I took the before pics and plan on doing them every 10 days. Is anyone changing their diet with this and eating more?0

my plan is 1200 cals and eating back my exercise cals as well and eating as healthy as possible0 -

Yay I was hoping for a thread like this - I'm game
I'll be on day 4 tomorrow... I go home for the first time in 2 1/2 years in 2 months time, so my plan is to do 30 day shred and then ripped in 30 afterwards before I go back.

Not to be discouraging.. I am very ambitious and only was able to do two months worth of 30 Day Shred. I got super bored.. I find it hard now to even put it on once lol0 -
