  • Yep our box is in the middle of a 100 burpee challenge. Our rules are you can make up missed burpees, but you can't work ahead. I missed a few days in a row when we were in the 50ish per day area and got behind about 400 burpees in no time. Not fun!!! :tongue:

  • One of the coaches at my box suggested eating paleo or going zone but not counting calories. He suggests that the hormonal changes of those food choices paired with the natural portion control of not eating carbs etc will lead to weight loss. His theory is not to complicate it with calorie counting. Not sure how I feel…
  • I'm eating about 15% below my TDEE roughly 1800 calories. On days I am hungry I eat back my exercise calories but not every day I exercise. Just feeling like someone pumped me up with a tire pump!
