Maybe your problem is a focus on weight. perhaps you should shift focus to BMI or arm/neck/waist/thigh measurements. you may be building muscle and getting leaner. there is a point where weight should plateau.

I struggled with it, could hardly walk after doing 1-2k of my usual 6k run. Managed to get through it with the old trick of being very rough rubbing/massaging my foot/rolling on a golf ball and got better footwear. Broccoli/Spinach in the steamer. Also love beetroot.

Oily fish like Salmon, mackrel for omega 3 spinach/cabbage/broccoli steamed is good too.

If you find salmon a bit fishy go for a white fish like cod/haddock/hake/coley but i'd work towards including salmon in your diet because salmon and mackrel are great sources of omega 3 oil

If you ask at the Indian restraunt they can usually whip you something up if you tell them you want to avoid calories and salt!

As i'm from Scotland, drinking anything other than tap water would be a crime. Also hate it when you go out for a meal or to a bar and ask for water and they put a slice of lemon in it, no need as our water is fantastic!

It depends on a few various factors, a 'medium' size egg can vary from different suppliers. Also how the chickens are fed by the farms can also have a big effect on the calroies, cholesterol and vitamins in each egg. I'd suggest consulting the packaging and if no joy from there contact the manufacturer direct.

I can't stress how great going for a long walk is. I go for a walk if i cant be bothered with a workout, just stick on the Ipod, get some fresh air, clear the mind and get away from the TV and the fridge for an hour!! Class.

Well done mate, that is a big loss for just 3 months. It shows what can be done if you have the motivation and the right weight loss program for your body. I hope this helps inspire others.
