    Tuesday- Went for a 30 min run this morning but man it was sooo hot! It's meant to reach 35 degrees today so i came back early, i shall make up the rest of the 30 min this arvo when it cools down
  • Ally_Clare - it's stinking hot where i am too, i hide away inside and just do Zumba dvds with the fan on full ball, it's way to hot to be outside haha.
  • Week 1 - Sunday - [ Zumba - 47mins - 797calories ]
    Monday - [ Wii Sports - 25mins - 163 calories ] was too hot to do Zumba. try again tomorrow.
    Tuesday - [ Zumba - 33mins - 517 calories ]

    Yesterday I managed to get into the spin room 15 minutes early so I did my own warm up, then the 45 min class and then she decided to do an extra track... LOL I hadn't bargained for that.

    MissLady- I know what you mean, waaaay too hot! Thats a good idea staying inside wish i did the same! Well done backinthenines! Thats a lot of exercise, great work! I finished off my 60 min from today by going for a swim for half n hour and doing runs in the soft sand at the beach (went late so it wasn't heaps hot) Can't wait till tomorrow!

    I can't stress how great going for a long walk is.

    I go for a walk if i cant be bothered with a workout, just stick on the Ipod, get some fresh air, clear the mind and get away from the TV and the fridge for an hour!! Class.
