    Wednesday: 65 minutes upper body weights and core strength exercises
    Thursday: 30 minutes remedial resistance band work, 45 minute RPM class, 60 minutes Body Pump

    Thursday- Half hour walk and then spent 15 min doing strength exercises eg squats, push ups

    I can't stress how great going for a long walk is.

    I go for a walk if i cant be bothered with a workout, just stick on the Ipod, get some fresh air, clear the mind and get away from the TV and the fridge for an hour!! Class.

    Week 2:

    Realised i've forgotten to post here :) my bad!

    Monday- Can't remember!
    Tuesday- 1 hour walk/run
    Wednesday- strength exercises
    Thursday- 1 and a half hour walk/run and 2 hours with my bf paddling in a canoe

    week 2 so far:

    Mon: 30 mins lunchtime walk, 45m mins RPM class
    Tue: 60 mins lower body weights & core, 60 mins Body Pump
    Wed: 45 mins RPM class, 15 mins core strength, 30 mins lunchtime walk

    Done half of todays training, but not done yet... :happy:
