I too had a weekend of indulgence and am back up to 202...however, i was at 204 yesterday so at least its water/sodium/beer weight that will hopefully fall back off quickly! I have to run 9miles this weekend and i started up a bootcamp yesterday that was really fun and a great workout so im getting back into it!

All the time! I think its just a habbit that has to be kicked, but I always let myself have soemthing small and sweet :-) I try to make it a piece of fruit at lunchtime and save my real "treat" for after dinner when i want it the most.

I go just about every hour too. At least it gets me up from my desk! I make sure to stop drinking 1hr before I work out, so i dont have to go during my workout. and I try to get all my water in by a decent time at night so im not waking up during the night to pee. I didnt do too hot this weekend in terms of eating so my weekly goals this week are to be good the whole weekend! I never track my weekends just because im not on the computer as much and i just dont think about it but this weekend im going to hold myself accountable!

When I was in school I would eat a lot of salad and veggies with cous cous. Add chicken or tofu to either of those for some added protien.
