I am at 272 pounds so a gain of .4 and 19.5 miles walked so far! Think that's why I gained.... exercising even more and building muscle.0

Wasn't expecting to get a walk in today had a lot of errands to run earlier. Well, I did walk 3 more miles tonight while pushing Lennox in his stroller. That makes my total as of today 22.5 miles. I'm so proud of myself! :bigsmile:0

4.5 yesterday, planning on doing the same today. I have to say my legs are SORE. Between my new workout and walking this much I'm sore in places I didn't know could be sore...but hey this time next years we're all gonna be some Hot Chicks!!0

I am getting in about 4.2 miles per day...problem is I don't always remember to update. My problem is I am not losing the weight, very frustrating.0

Great for you! I had some killer hip pain from making my stride way too long so this week, I have slacked a ton. But I am felling much better and am back on track as of yesterday!!!0 -

That's awesome! I wish I could walk faster, but I figure just walking is good for me no matter the speed!
I did walk 4.5 miles in an hour 35 this afternoon. It was nice that it rained for some of it because that helped cool me down!0 -
