I'm going through a rough time in my life, and I could use a pick me up.I'm in maintenance mode now! After about 6 months, I am down 32 pounds. These are my before and after pics.

Before:

I am all the way on the right in the purple (163 pounds)

I now weigh about 131 pounds..

    Wow! Awesome Job!! I am striving to lose 30-40 pounds...too bad its only day 4! hahaha. But you look fabulous! Keep up the good work! Maintanence is Key! Remember how you felt before and how you feel now and keep up the good work!
